At Woodstock Chimes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your wind chime or home decor item doesn't strike the right chord, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tubes and components are secured to prevent tangling or damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned chime, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
