Chimes of Mozart - Medium

Tuned to the notes of Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 21 in C Major. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791) lived a short but vibrant musical life. Revered for numerous symphonies, chamber works, concertos, and operas, his career started as a child prodigy and ended tragically at 35. This wind chime pays tribute to his 250th birthday and is tuned to the opening intervals of the andante movement from his Piano Concerto Number 21 in C Major (K. 467). This concerto was the theme music in the 1967 Swedish film Elvira Madigan.
